Just finished doing 45 minutes of intense Turbo Fire! I love to sweat because it makes me feel like I’m getting rid of a lot of toxins in my body. I googled “sweat” because I thought I’d be all brilliant and post all about the science of sweating, but my head started spinning after a few articles! All I know is that sweat cools your body and cleans out the junk, so that’s good enough for me!
