1. P90X CORE SYNERGISTICS

    I haven’t done a round of P90X in over a year and a half.  So today at Fit Club, we did Core Synergistics, and I totally surprised myself!  I did every single pushup, including the plank to chatarunga run, with, dare I say, PERFECT form!  At least it felt perfect to me!  My core was tight the entire time, I didn’t feel any back bow at all when I can up from the plank to chatarunga iso.  Not bad!
